We are a group of family owned companies, committed to value creating ownership of businesses and investments.
Creation of value is achieved through active operational involvement and board representation, in order to further develop the companies in which we have substantial ownership interests.

Our current portfolio includes Norwegian and foreign companies - mainly within the segments of shipping, real estate and restaurants, as well as purely financial investments.

The future vision is to further develop our existing ownership interests through active participation and commitment.
The key people in our group all have solid entrepreneurial background. We therefore strongly believe in - and enjoy, the spirit of good entrepreneurship. We are always open for new interesting ideas with sound business models.

The holding company in the group is owned and controlled with equal shareholdings of 50% by Thomas Stuve and Christina Stuve.

Our background in business is from shipping related activities. We have extensive experience as entrepreneurs and owners in the fields of cement and cargo.
We are at present mainly involved with major shareholdings in North Sea Container Line (NCL), North Sea Corporation, Elkem Chartering and others.
NCL is a provider of logistical services connecting the hubs in Europe with the West, Mid and North of Norway, with an estimated annual turnover around USD 0.5 Billion in 2017.
We strongly believe in active ownership and are involved on a daily basis in our shipping activities. This to ensure further business development, and to take care of all of the shareholders financial interests. Follow the links below to learn more about our shipping activities.

We have extensive experience in property development and management.
Our existing development portfolio is mainly located in and around Haugesund, Norway and Costa Blanca, Spain. Most of our property development projects are in the housing segment.

Our existing rental portfolio is mainly focused towards the restaurant business, consisting of prime location buildings and rental spaces.
We are always looking out for new interesting and prosperous property development projects to further broaden our existing real estate portfolio.

Our financial investments include portfolio management and direct investments in selected projects.

We base our investment decisions on financial criteria such as risk, return, and liquidity. We prefer companies that are financially sound and have a business model we understand.
Our portfolio investments are mainly equity investments in listed companies.

For our direct investments, we typically look for projects related to our other business areas, shipping, real estate and restaurants.
Investment opportunities that originate from local ideas excite us – although financial criteria is also to be met.
Current projects involve investments in equity, debt and mezzanine capital. Our stake in direct investments is commonly bigger and involves ownership that is more active.
